Vacant Staging
If your property is currently vacant, we will bring in the household furnishings to create a welcoming and stylish environment for potential buyers to see themselves living. Vacant staging starts with the necessary furnishing of the main living spaces including kitchen, dining room, living room, main bedroom, and main bathroom. Furnishings will include rugs, furniture, wall art, and decor items that create an inviting space where buyers see themselves at home.

Occupied Staging
Occupied staging is for homeowners currently living in the property for sale that have either a vacant room(s) they would like staged, or a furnished room that they would like to update with decor items.

Initial Visit
During our meeting, we will discuss your property and go on a walk through of your home together. I will share ideas designed to maximize the sale of your home using your current furniture and accessories. Examples of recommendations may include, furniture rearrangement, minor repairs, paint color choices, decluttering, or other small updates you can make to help sell your property. At the end of the visit I will cover any occupied staging or vacant staging options for your consideration. After our meeting, I will email you a consultation check-list unique to your home including the recommendations we discussed to help you make the most of your listing. I look forward to working with you through this process.
*If possible, I ask homeowners to take pictures or video of their main living spaces and email them to me at least 48 hours prior to our meeting for review. This helps to make sure that our time together is as productive as possible, however, this is not necessary for an initial visit.
